We are seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to take the lead in strategic financial planning and analysis within a fast growth SME business. This is an office based role in central Oxford

Description
Based out of our client's office in Oxford ( 4 days per week in the office) the FP&A Manager is responsible for
- Develop frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Understand reporting requirements from stakeholders across the Group
- build out functionality, dashboards and reporting capability across all group entities
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning.
- Set up FP&A department processes from scratch.
FP&A Transformation Lead required for our client based in central Oxford.
This is an office based role ( 4 days per week on-site), outside IR35, £500-600pd
Profile
A successful Interim FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fully qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA)
- Demonstrable experience building FP&A capability from scratch in an SME environment.
- "Know what good looks like" from experience gained in bluechip environment also.
- Able to commute 4 days per week to the office in central Oxford
FP&A Transformation Lead required for our client based in central Oxford.
This is an office based role ( 4 days per week on site), outside IR35, £500-600pd
