Outsourcing Associate - AccountingLocation: OxfordSalary: £28,000 - £38,000

Are you ready to take the next step in your accounting career? Join our dynamic team as an Outsourcing Associate, where you will provide exceptional service to a diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for preparing management accounts and VAT returns for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, charities, and limited companies. This role will see you managing around 20-30 clients on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, while also reviewing the work of junior team members and assisting in the creation of draft invoices. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your technical skills while engaging with clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks) and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
