- Lead the annual stock take and perform in depth stock reconciliations.
- Analyse stock variances and produce reports for senior management.
- Oversee and supervise accounting staff.
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- P & L analysis and variance reporting.
- Provide assistance with audit requirements.
- Identify and streamline current accounting procedures.
- Support the business with system projects and enhancements of the ERP system.
- Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA (desired).
- Prior experience of staff management (essential).
- Experience of using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP (essential).
- Ability to analyse data and develop reporting (essential).
- Strong communication skills (essential).
