As we expand into international markets, including key regions in Spain and Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations.This role requires a qualified accountant with exceptional financial acumen, fluency in Spanish, and the ability to operate effectively in a scaling business environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & StrategyDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.Provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to UK GAAP/IFRS standards.Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance with local and international regulations.Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.International Operations SupportLead financial operations for Spanish-speaking markets, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.Act as the key liaison between the UK headquarters and international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally to support the operational needs of the business.Scaling InitiativesOptimize financial systems and processes to support the company’s growth trajectory.Provide financial insights for fundraising efforts and investor relations.Qualifications and Skills:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).Experience:Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally in a scaling or international business.
