With a dynamic team they are committed to building long-lasting relationships with clients and providing them with first class financial planning advice and services.Role OverviewThis company are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This position will work closely with the financial planners to deliver comprehensive and personalised financial plans to clients. You’ll be responsible for conducting research, preparing planning recommendations, assisting with annual reviews, and directly engaging with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support financial planners in the creation of bespoke financial plans
  • Prepare planning recommendations and produce detailed financial reports
  • Play a key role in the preparation and confirmation of annual client reviews
  • Liaise with clients to collect information and provide updates
  • Keep up-to-date with financial products, legislation, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably Diploma-qualified (DipPFS or equivalent) - candidates who have relevant experience will be considered without the qualifications
  • Previous paraplanning experience is essential
  • Strong report-writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
