Paraplanner

They pride themselves on offering expert and personal service to their clients and require the successful individual taking on this position to be responsible for conducting analytical tasks, finance-related activities, preparation of paperwork for advisers and report writing to support the financial advisers in creating tailored financial plans.

They are offering the successful Paraplanner the opportunity to progress within 18 months and hybrid working after the probation period. 

The successful Paraplanner will be offered:

• £32,000- £38,000 salary based on experience
• Hybrid working after the probation period 
• 20 days holiday per annum plus statutory holidays

Paraplanner requirements:

• Minimum of 3 + years as an IFA administrator
• Financial Planning and Investment skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Report Writing proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities for the role of Paraplanner:

• Suitability Report preparation
• Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
• IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
• Defaqto Research
• Selecta Pension Research
• Use of the back office systems by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file
