Our client is a well-established company in the industrial sector, with over 2,000 employees globally. This role will oversee the People function for the UK, supporting 650 employees across 4 sites. You will manage a team of individuals and implement company strategy within your region. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional UK wide travel.
Description
The Head of HR will:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Human Resources department.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
- Lead on change management initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a global business.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary in the range of 75,000 - 85,000 per annum.
