Our client is a well-established company in the industrial sector, with over 2,000 employees globally. This role will oversee the People function for the UK, supporting 650 employees across 4 sites. You will manage a team of individuals and implement company strategy within your region. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional UK wide travel.

Description

The Head of HR will:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Human Resources department.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  • Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead on change management initiatives.
