We are working with a nationwide, fully independent financial planning organisation to recruit an additional IFA Administrator. Our client is a multiple award winning business that offer holistic financial planning solutions to clients across the country, they are a well-regarded business who have grown organically over the past few years.
Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking to recruit an additional IFA Administrator to join their team in Oxford. As a vital member of the team, you will provide full administrative support to the companies successful Financial Planners, Paraplanners and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing new business applications and associated paperwork.
- Maintaining and updating client records on Intelligent Office.
- Managing client transactions and assisting with trades on platforms.
- Responding promptly to client, provider, and adviser queries.
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
What our client is looking for:
- Experience within an IFA/Financial Planning Administration capacity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of financial planning products and services (preferred).
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (desirable).
