- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with car allowance PLUS uncapped bonus

What You'll Do:
- Lead by Example: Manage a small team of 360 Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful recruitment desk.
- Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.
- Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.
- Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.
- Best Practices: Adhere to best practice guidelines, delivering exceptional service, creativity, and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum three years of 360 agency recruitment or 180 recruitment with management experience.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, business development and recruitment.
- Resilience: Tenacity, ambition, and drive to grow market share.
