What You'll Do:
- Lead by Example: Manage three Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful recruitment desk.
- Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.
- Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.
- Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.
- Best Practices: Adhere to best practice guidelines, delivering exceptional service, creativity, and performance.
