We have an exciting new vacancy for a Group HR Co-ordinator to support the central Group HR team of three (Head of HR and two HR Business Partners). This will be a busy and varied co-ordinator role, managing vital HR processes, which would suit a confident, articulate individual with HR administrative experience looking to build a career in HR. Support will be provided towards gaining a professional qualification.

From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, no two days will be the same! You will be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting a variety of essential functions in this diverse, fast-paced role.
The main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to date information on HR information systems
- Managing recruitment administration and the online recruitment platform
- Supporting with candidate selection and onboarding
- Supporting with new employee induction
- Organising training courses and maintaining training records
- Supporting with payroll administration
- Organising and note taking at meetings
- Managing the review of HR policies and procedures
- Working with the HR team on project work as required.

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonus
