Location: Ideally Oxfordshire based
Remuneration: £55,000 - £75,000neg (depending on experience)

The role of the Project Manager Curtain Walling Systems will involve:
Project Manager position producing dealing with a range of curtain walling and rainscreen cladding systems
Managing project from start to completion ensuring theyre complete to the highest quality with clients specifications met
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Overseeing and briefing subcontractors and site labour
Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
Prepare RAMS and H&S documents
Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
Reviewing project progress with Quantity Surveyors and making variations where required
Managing projects ranging in value up to £8m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Curtain Walling Systems with:
Must have Project Management experience within the curtain walling / commercial glazing market sector
Ideally will be familiar with Schuco, Aluprof and Wicona systems
Ability to prepare logistical plans for projects
Must have experience dealing with New Build projects
Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
Must be confident in resolving any project related queries in a professional manor
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS
Full UK driving license
Strong leadership skills
