They are on an exciting transformation journey, and require an exceptional Snr HR Business Partner to help drive culture, engagement and growth. The RoleAs Snr HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategies that support their ambitious goals.You’ll play a key role in fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture and driving change.You’ll also guide employee relations, performance development and use data to inform key HR decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion culture, values and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead people-focused change initiatives for business transformation
  • Provide tailored HR solutions to senior leaders
  • Guide on employee relations and compliance matters
  • Develop strategies to enhance the employee lifecycle
  • Support performance management and talent development
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure success
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and employment law

You

  • Experience in snr HR roles, ideally within a fast-growing environment
  • Expertise in culture, change management, organisation development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
