The RoleAs Snr HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategies that support their ambitious goals.You’ll play a key role in fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture and driving change.You’ll also guide employee relations, performance development and use data to inform key HR decisions. You
- Experience in snr HR roles, ideally within a fast-growing environment
- Expertise in culture, change management, organisation development
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
