M&E Project Manager

**M&E Project Manager Required** to join a UK leading main contractor at their office in Oxfordshire. My client specialise in a variety of markets including renewable energy, fit out and commercial/industrial construction. Now due to recent growth the company are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. 

Projects can range anywhere from £100K - £20m, in some instances reaching the £100m mark. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well established and growing firm that hold an excellent reputation in the industry, 

Project Manager - Salary and Benefits 

• Salary - £60,000.00 - £80,000.00K
• Bonus - To be discussed at interview stage
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Project Manager - Responsibilities 

• Manage and oversee the companies M&E subcontractors, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, lighting and plumbing teams.
• Conducting costing and tendering support.
• Gathering sub contractor costs and ensuring these are paid.
• Working closely alongside the companies QS.
• Carrying out client face to face meetings as and when required.

Project Manager - Requirements 

• Experience working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector.
• 3-5 years minimum project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong team player
