As an Application Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our clients consulting team, focussed on delivering and maintaining a range of solutions to theirclients, combining technical and consultancy skills.
You should have a strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working with various software applications, databases, and operating systems.
Part of your responsibly will be to identify and resolve technical issues, requiring excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose problems, analyse issues, and help develop effective solutions.
Typical areas include:
- Installation, customisation & configuration of cloud-based enterprise solutions built upon our clients products.
- Technical requirements capture & ensuring joint understanding in client workshops
- Managing the workflow of service requests
- Client support to troubleshoot issues with enterprise solutions involving our clients products
- Training and certifying client IT teams in the installation and maintenance of ourclients products

This role would suit a Junior Cloud based Engineer / Junior Devops or a candidate that has an interest / has worked in this field. Candidates MUST be degree educated.
