We're working with a respected Rural Business Management firm, who are looking for a trainee to join their knowledgeable and well-established team.
In this role, you'll shadow senior professionals across various areas, including estate management, consultancy, environmental schemes & grants, and property management, working with a diverse range of clients. As the agricultural landscape evolves, you'll gain the expertise to help manage key estates and farms, providing strategic advice to ensure long-term sustainability.

Who We're Looking For:
- Ideally, you'll have a couple of years' experience in farm consultancy or a similar role.
- Recent graduates or those graduating this summer with a degree in agriculture, land management, or a related field are also encouraged to apply.
- A strong understanding of farming and rural businesses is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
