The Role:

Due to a growing client base, the team is expanding and seeking a Rural Surveyor. Supported by the director and the rest of the team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and your career. The role will be a blend of Estate Management and professional working including:

  • Acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients* Undertaking estate and farming business reviews* Handling diversification projects* Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land* Secured lending and other professional valuations

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of post-qualification experience and be ready for the next step in their career. You should have a broad foundation of experience and a clear idea of your areas of interest whilst remaining open to various functions.

You'll be working with a variety of clients, therefore confidence in building trust with clients, maintaining good relationships, and being self-motivated are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
