The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Oxford office at Senior Associate level.
Minimum of 5+ years PQE.
The department specialise in all areas of commercial property and acts for a wide range of clients including developers, retailers, banks and lending institutions.
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Purchase, sale and development of commercial property
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Good quality investment, development work and asset management
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Complex landlord and tenant and advice
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Secured lending/property finance
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Acquisition disposals
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Acting on behalf of high-profile banks and developers
