The team's friendly and inclusive approach fosters strong client relationships and professional development opportunities for its members.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years' PQE to take on a varied caseload of employment law matters, including:

  • Advising on day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary processes, grievances, and dismissals.
  • Managing complex tribunal litigation, including cases involving discrimination and whistleblowing.
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Advising on TUPE transfers, redundancies, and workforce restructures.
  • Providing strategic guidance on equal pay, discrimination, and employee relations matters.

The role also includes involvement in business development activities, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys building client relationships and contributing to the team's growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and legal advice on a broad range of employment matters.
  • Efficiently manage caseloads, ensuring accurate time recording, billing, and WIP management.
