Employment Solicitor (Charities Sector), 5+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, Salary up to £85,000 - £100,000 (DOE) - This Top 50 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its renowned Charities team. JOB REF:9383.

• This national award-winning firm provides a range of specialized legal services to both commercial and private clients.
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to join their Oxfordshire office, working alongside a dedicated team committed to fostering a supportive environment while delivering exceptional service to a diverse commercial client base.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with a strong technical background, experience in tribunal cases, and in-depth knowledge of employment law.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advisory work and Employment Tribunal cases.
• You will confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
• You should be keen to engage in business development activities, demonstrate exceptional client service, and build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals, contributing to the firm's continued growth.
