Ideal candidates will have prior experience in supply chain management or have pursued relevant academic course.Role responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Controller include:
- Measure and analyst supplier performance
- Review and adjust performance metrics under guidance and maintain data accuracy
- Manage supplier continuous improvement action plans
- Participate in the supplier selection process for new products and capacity expansion
- Support supplier crisis management
- Structure and lead supplier development plans
Person Specification of the Supplier Performance Controller:
- Previous experience within supply chain or has a supply chain (or relative) qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
