Description

The Transport Shift Manager duties and responsibilities are

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the transport department.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage resources to meet transportation objectives.
• Address and resolve any transport-related issues or disputes.
• Prepare and present operational reports to the management.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff development.

Profile

A successful Transport Shift Manager should have:

• Transport Manager CPC National/International qualification is a must
• Proven experience in managing transport operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of transport regulations and policies.
• Good understanding of transport management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
