Your new companyThis company is a management consultancy business going through a very exciting growth phase. The business operates mostly remotely, but with your line manager being based in Oxford, this would be the preferred location for the successful candidate. Your new roleYour new role will be to support the Project Managers of the business. This will involve anything from ad-hoc project support, booking international travel/meetings, accommodation, events, visas and much more. You will look after the library of content that the PMs use and will also get involved in collating and analysing psychometric assessments from their clients. Longer term the company are also developing an app for their clients so again you will be expected to assist in the administrative aspects of the roll out of this. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in project administration/coordination and be a team player. You will be able to use your own initiative and suggest new ideas/ways of doing things. The company is still developing processes at this stage and so needs someone experineced that is ok with the fact there is still a lot to implement. You will have worked on a remote basis previously and be an excellent communicator that is striving to always deliver the best work. It would be very beneficial if you've done a similar role previously in a management consultant business.What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a salary between £35,000 - £39,000 alongside a good benefits package and flexible working. You will be expected to meet as a team once per month and also every six months you will go away for a few days as a company to talk strategy. Outside of this, other than occasionally meeting your line manager in Oxford, you will work remotely.
