Our client who specialise in high quality residential developmentsareseeking a dynamic and forward thinkingAssistant Site Manager or No2 Site Manager to assist with the construction of a 90 unit development in the South Oxford area. As the No2 on site you will be responsible for upholding Health & Safety and managing all subcontractors and trades as well as making sure each plot is completed on time while upholding the highest standards of qaulity and finish. Should you wish to be considered for this position you must come from a house building background and be willing to commit to a long term contract.
