My client is an industry-leading contractor seeking a Site Manager for a long-term groundworks and civils project in Oxford.
The position requires a minimum of 8 years of management experience, with a strong background in groundworks and civils projects.
Candidates must hold a CSCS, SMSTS, first aid certification, and ideally an NVQ Level 6.
Rates for the position are negotiable, and the role is available for an immediate start.

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks and civils project based in Oxford.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)

• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
