We are partnering an establishedmain contractor who specialises in luxury residential new builds and bespoke refurbishments projects. With an outstanding reputation for delivering projects of exceptional quality,working with private and long standing clients to create elegant, timeless homes. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Site Manager to join our team and lead our projects to success.

The Role: As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of high-end residential new build and refurbishment projects. You will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in prestigious builds where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activities, managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met and maintained at all times.
  • Manage the project timeline, budget, and quality control, ensuring delivery of the finest finishes.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are understood and executed.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure seamless project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential projects, preferably in both new builds and refurbishments.
  • Strong understanding of luxury finishes and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
