Salary: £250 to £300 per day (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with expertise in managing the installation of complex cladding systems to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead on-site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. • Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities related to cladding and roofing, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Leadership: Manage and supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and compliance with project plans.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Quality Control: Monitor installation quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise, especially concerning complex cladding systems.
• Health & Safety: Enforce and promote health and safety best practices across the site, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Scheduling & Reporting: Maintain project schedules, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, ideally within the cladding and roofing industry, with substantial experience in complex cladding systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Certification: Relevant site management certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to team and client interactions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to manage and resolve on-site challenges efficiently and effectively.
