Mechanical Project Engineer - Cryogenic Systems | £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical and critical success factors across the full project lifecycle

  • Plan and deliver engineering projects to time and spec

  • Contribute to or oversee the design of cryogenic equipment

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical leadership

  • Support sales with technical documentation and tender input

  • Perform hands-on testing, wiring, and global system installations

  • Improve engineering processes and contribute to product innovation

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Physics or Engineering (or related discipline)

  • Experience in product or project engineering within a scientific or R&D setting

  • Understanding of cryogenic equipment and system design

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
