- A solid background in mechanical engineering within a building services consultancy environment.
- Experience in supervising teams, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with clients.
- Strong technical and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- A proactive and organised mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant mechanical and electrical legislative and statutory requirements.
