If so, we have registered this great temporary role starting ASAP and ongoing for a couple of months.

Please note that this role requires a DBS check – please do not apply if you are not willing to undergo this check.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Administrator Responsibilities

  • Ensuring data is presented in the correct format
  • Checking files for copies of documents
  • Inputting information
  • Copying and pasting data
  • Contacting people to chase missing paperwork
  • Running through a checklist to ensure all information is accurate

  • Ability to maintain focus at all times
