Office Manager (8 Month Maternity Cover FTC)

Our client is experiencing significant growth and require a highly resilient, professional, and experienced Office Manager to join their team.

Office Manager (FTC) Responsibilities

As the Office Manager some of your main duties will include:

  • Managing various properties owned by the organisation and their contracts
  • Procuring supplies and services for the office and departments
  • Liaising with the Science Park and Building Team
  • Undertaking building maintenance reviews and organising repairs
  • Coordinating travel and diary management
  • Supporting the Engineering and Facilities Management Team in any ad hoc administrative duties

Office Manager (FTC) Experience

For this opportunity, it is vital that you have demonstrable experience as an Office Manager and can juggle a busy and ever-changing workload with ease and professionalism. Confidence in liaising with senior executives and external stakeholders is essential, as is a flexible, positive and resilient attitude. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as having great attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role and the location of the office you are required to drive.

Location

The office location will be based near OX4 and will be fully office based. It is essential that you drive and have your own transport.
