Payroll Administrator

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - UP TO £42K HOURLY EQUIVALENT - ASAP START DATE - COWLEY - ONSITE

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic, family-feel business in Cowley that are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join the team ASAP, to cover sick leave, for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payrolls for three operating companies.
• Review and amendment of the Duty Allocation System.
• Overseeing the shorts and overs for driving colleagues.
• Preparing periodic wages reports for the wider finance team, including journals to be uploaded to the finance system.
• Reporting finance KPIs for each operating company.
• Being first point of contact for payroll/pension queries and admin requests.

Requirements:

• Experience of preparing and processing weekly and monthly payroll.
• Keen eye and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Candidates must be immediately available or have a short notice period (1 week maximum).
