We are searching for a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee and optimise the delivery of pharmaceutical care in an online environment. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to the healthcare team by providing patient-focused care and be passionate about growing the business.

Description

  • Manage and optimise the provision of pharmaceutical care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-focused care
  • Participate in the development of pharmacy protocols and guidelines
  • Provide medication counselling to patients with enquiries
  • Monitor patient medication therapy and intervene when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities
  • Clinically screening prescriptions

Profile

A successful 'Clinical Pharmacist' should have:

  • A degree in Pharmacy
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • A background in Community and Clinical pharmacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for customer-focused care
  • You do NOT need to be an IP for this position
