Actively seeking an experienced Project Manager who is looking for a new opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a leading main contractor who specialise in the Education sector on refurbishment and new build projects up to 30million. They also work across the defence, arts & culture, health care, religious buildings, residential and sports and leisure sectors.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager
- Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
- Number one on site leading a site team.
- Client liason
- Manage the subcontractors
- Manage the whole build process on new build and refurbishment schemes from start to finish.
Requirements for the Project Manager role
- Desired experience with Education projects up to 30million
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
- Leadership ability
