Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

Deliver high-quality project and programme management services across the full project lifecycle.

Act as the primary client liaison, providing expert advice on cost, programme, risks, and issues.

Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.

Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Oversee project reporting, including monthly reports, risk registers, and project programmes.
Efficiently manage change within projects.

Implement and maintain effective communication strategies.

Requirements the Senior Project Manager should have:

Experience in public sector projects is desirable but not essential.

Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities.

Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects throughout their lifecycle.

Working towards or holding RICS Chartership or equivalent Project Management qualifications (e.g., CIOB, APM).

Strong interpersonal skills.

Analytical and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated.

Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

Commercially aware.
