This opportunity has arisen due to the firm's continued success and the increasing volume of high-profile projects they have secured.
About the position
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and deliver projects across the entire lifecycle, ensuring exceptional outcomes at every stage. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role includes providing expert guidance on project costs, timelines, risks, and potential challenges. The successful candidate will also lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering strong communication and building solid relationships with clients and their stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing comprehensive monthly reports and managing project changes with efficiency and attention to detail.
About you
- Holding or actively pursuing professional qualifications such as RICS Chartership, CIOB, or APM in Project Management.
- Experience with NEC3/NEC4 frameworks is a plus, as is a background in working within a PMO environment.
- Familiarity with public sector projects is an advantage, though not a requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard Project Management methodologies.
- Extensive experience in managing both pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring high-level service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and key stakeholders.
- Expertise in overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes at every stage.
