They trade across a number of brands, one of which is a household name across menswear but they have recently secured an additional license to trade one of America's most exciting streetwear brands across Europe!

Are you an experienced Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser with a passion for British fashion? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Merchandiser to join our client, a leading British fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of their product offering, drive stock management, and lead quality standards across their made-to-order collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Take full ownership of the made-to-order drop schedule and manage the production critical path to ensure timely delivery and a seamless process.

  • Production: Lead the end-to-end production and operation of our custom-made to order offerings, collaborating with multiple external partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

  • Quality Leadership: Ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard with a right-first-time approach, meeting all quality expectations and adhering to agreed delivery SLAs.

  • Stock Management: Work closely with external suppliers to ensure optimal product availability while maintaining stock holdings within agreed budgets to maximise profitability.

  • Collaboration: Develop strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams, while managing key relationships with external suppliers and service providers to drive successful product delivery.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure their personal and professional growth.

  • Results Driven: You are highly motivated by results and have a strong focus on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser, you won't need to be specifically from a fashion background but it could be beneficial
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong understanding of production processes, stock management, and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • A results-driven attitude with a commitment to quality and operational excellence.
  • A keen interest in driving innovation and continuous improvement across the merchandising function.
