Rural Valuation Surveyor job in Oxford, Oxfordshire, for one of the UK's largest real estate and property consultancies, due to growth they now need a Rural Valuation Surveyor to join their rural consultancy team, focusing on growing their rural valuation service offering. The role offers a salary of up to 35,000 - 45,000 + car allowance + bonus.
Our client is one of leading property consultancies in the UK offering a wide range of services across building consultancy, property investment, planning, property management, estate agency and development. Established in the 1800s, they now have 33 offices nationwide and a reputation built on offering the best advice to their varied client base. This role will see you delivering an outstanding rural consultancy service focusing on valuation and project management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Grow the rural valuation offering alongside the Head of Rural Valuation
- Valuations for loan security, expert witness and tax and financial reporting purposes.
- Assist in the delivery of major projects
- Financial and client reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS Chartered Surveyor
- Ideally 2+ years post MRICS
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Ideally rural valuation experience
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car.
