Account Manager - Medical Communications

An independently owned business with an established team who are truly passionate about science. Working with Regional and Global clients to deliver strategic healthcare communications to meet their needs. 

What will the Account Manager be responsible for?

- Driving excellence and high quality across all stages of the project cycle – ensuring that projects are delivered within given timelines and budgets.

- Working across a variety of projects – ranging from publications and medical affairs through to internal communications, adboards, events and thought leadership.

- Participating in, and at times leading, client calls/meetings – providing regular project updates and reports on project status; taking involvement in project forecasting, budget development and finance tracking.

- Mentoring and coaching other junior team members. 

What are the required skills and experience?

- At least 3 years of medical communications agency experience within Client Services.

- Strong project management skills – with experience of working on projects from initial kick-off through to delivery.

- The ability to confidently engage with clients and thought leaders – with experience of acting as a Lead on accounts.

- A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification – this is desirable and those with strong medcomms experience are encouraged to still apply.
