Sonic Summary

Dovetail and Slate is seeking Progress Coaches to support learners across 200 colleges in the UK, particularly in Oxford, with full-time hours available during term time.
Candidates should have experience as a Cover Supervisor or in 1:1 tutoring, along with up-to-date safeguarding training or a willingness to obtain it.
The role involves providing 1:1 and group support to students, monitoring their progression, and running small group tutorials on various topics.
Competitive hourly rates are offered, depending on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and flexible working hours.
The position requires a commitment to safeguarding and may involve working with under 18's or vulnerable adults, necessitating an enhanced DBS check.

I work with colleges that require hourly paid Progress Coaches across the following areas:

- Oxford

Term Time Only

Full time hours available!

Responsibilities:1:1 and group support of students monitoring progression

Setting SMART targets

Running small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE or similar

Safeguarding of vulnerable learners

Requirements: -

Cover Supervisor or 1:1 tutoring experience or teaching

Up to date Safeguarding training, or willing to obtain.

Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain.
