We're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee financial and contractual matters within our Business Services team. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage construction costs from project inception through to completion.

Description
- Manage all construction costs from project inception to completion
- Assess and manage contractual risks
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders on all commercial matters
- Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Carry out monthly cost and value reports
- Monitor and report on project cash flow and forecast costs
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience in the business services and construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
- Excellent financial and numerical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- A competitive salary package between £72,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a £6,000 car allowance and benefits
