Walker & Sloan is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a regional tier 2 contractor in Oxford. This role is perfect for you if you have a strong background in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered profitably and to high standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and final account settlements. Strong commercial acumen and experience in tier 2 contracting are required.
This role offers a salary of circa 70,000 plus a comprehensive package, including a car allowance and pension.
