Their products are used in major films, games, commercials, and are crucial for biomechanics, robotics, and cutting-edge science.

Role: Production Test LeadLocation: Oxford, UK

As a Production Test Lead, you will join a dynamic production team, reporting to the Production Manager, and play a key role in creating industry-leading hardware products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the test team.
  • Diagnose faults in product assemblies to the component level, rework assemblies, or collaborate with external manufacturers to resolve issues.
  • Oversee faulty board management within the company and with external manufacturers.
  • Work with design engineers, the team, and external manufacturers to enhance production yield, quality, and reliability using DFM and DFT practices.
  • Collaborate with development engineers to create test jigs and specifications for new products.
  • Support other production teams as needed.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Ability to test analogue and digital circuits to the component level, following schematics and test specifications.
  • Experience using automated test software and equipment.
  • A degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience.
  • A confident, outgoing, and self-driven candidate who fits into a small, highly experienced team.
