Learning Support Worker

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

We are seeking caring and resilient Learning Support Workers to provide quality learning support to SEND students across the area.

The schools we work with support students with various need types, such as:

Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
Challenging Behaviour

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with children and young people.
Knowledgeable of conditions related to Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviours, etc.
The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
