Sonic Summary

The position is for a Young Parents Support Worker in Oxford, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The salary is £15.49 per hour on an Umbrella basis or £13.83 per hour on a PAYE basis.
This is a temporary to permanent role, starting with a 3-month temporary contract.
Candidates should have experience working with and supporting individuals aged 16-24 in vulnerable situations.
An Enhanced DBS check, a valid driving licence, and access to a personal vehicle are required for this role.

Young Parents Support Worker / Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm / £15.49ph UMBRELLA - £13.83 PAYE / Oxford / Temp - Perm / 3 Month Temp to Perm

Key responsibilities:

Promote independence, freedom and choice as a keyworker to residents, working with them to achieve their goals as they work towards independent living
Ensuring residents are safe and able to manage risks as necessary, which often you’ll need to do with the help of partner agencies
Responsible for health and safety checks within the building, as well as reporting and monitoring maintenance issues
Experience working with and supporting people aged 16-24 in vulnerable situations
Driving between sites in Oxford, Didcot and Witney support different groups of vulnerable young people and parents

You will need an Enhanced DBS check and must a driving licence and your own vehicle.
