About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social value strategy that aligns with business objectives and addresses the needs of the community
  • Foster strong relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, and other community organisations, creating employment pathways for underrepresented groups
  • Monitor and report on social impact with quarterly updates and an annual Social Impact Report to demonstrate success and areas of improvement
  • Embed social value principles into contracts, projects, and business development processes, ensuring lasting positive impact across the organisation
  • Lead partnerships and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, driving real, measurable change in the community
  • Promote success stories and highlight positive impact through the marketing and communications teams

  • Proven experience in leading social value initiatives and driving impact within an organisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • A strategic mindset with experience in developing and delivering frameworks, policies, and reports
  • A track record of measuring and reporting on social impact effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share the organisation's social value journey and successes
