What the role entails:As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to support students' individual learning plans. Your responsibilities will include:? Assisting with classroom activities and personalised learning plans? Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help? Encouraging social interaction and emotional development? Helping manage behaviour in a positive and constructive way? Supporting students in developing essential life skills? Ensuring students' safety and well-being throughout the school day
