Are you an experienced Procurement & Contract Management professional looking for a flexible opportunity to make an impact? We are seeking a skilled individual to support our client and their partners in delivering effective procurement strategies and contract management for environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement and contract management activities within environmental services.
  • Ensure products and services purchased represent value for money.
  • Collaborate with Commissioners, Service Leads, and Category Teams to drive procurement efficiency.
  • Work closely with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Apply market analysis and insight to support procurement decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions for service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Social Value integration within procurement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement regulations.
  • Ability to manage risks, apply insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with mostly remote work, but willing to attend in-person meetings a few times a month in Oxfordshire.
