A superb opportunity has arisen in Oxfordshire for an experienced Surveyor to join an independent practice with an excellent reputation.
The role involves carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys and some Redbook valuations on a Consultancy basis with flexible working hours.
The position offers On Target Earnings of £30,000 to £50,000 per annum with booked appointments and a generous commission split.
Candidates must be experienced and qualified, holding at least AssocRICS and VRS certifications.
A strong background in Building Pathology is also required for this Residential Surveyor role.

This role is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a flexible working pattern with a fee split.

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
