We are looking for a BMSEngineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theBMSEngineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheBMSEngineer,will be responsible for:

  • Analyse the unique requirements of each building or facility.
  • Design BMS solutions tailored to control various aspects, including HVAC systems, lighting, access control, energy management, and fire safety.
  • Configure BMS components to integrate seamlessly and function cohesively.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain BMS equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Address alarms, sensor failures, and system malfunctions.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

To be successful for this BMSEngineer role you must have:

  • Proficiency in BMS software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and control panels.
